X JET is the high-end model of a piezojet dispenser best suited to dispensing of high viscosity and a minute amount of substance.
It is equipped with various types of functions for stably dispensing a minute amount of substance for a long time and highly accurately.
Main features
- Equipped with a tappet position calibration mechanism as a standard device to reduce variation in amount of substance to be dispensed caused because its component is worn out and to stabilize the amount to be dispensed for a long time.
- Attachment/detachment of the liquid contact part without any tools for easy cleaning and maintenance .
- Desired combination of a nozzle and a tappet allows various substances from an aqueous low-viscosity liquid agent to a pasty liquid agent and high-viscosity adhesive (Max. 1,000,000 mPa.s) to be discharged.
- Nozzles whose minimum inner diameter is 30μm included in the product lineups enable a very minute amount of substance to be dispensed without any contact.
(Minimum discharged amount = 0.5 nanoliter) - Equipped with cooling mechanism (optional) that suppress temperature rise to stabilize the amount to be dispensed.
