Manual dispensing of a small amount of substance
MD-5575 Micro hand dispenser
A Twin-air dispenser is mounted on a manipulator, so that you can dispense a minute amount of substance while operating the nozzle position manually. This machine contributes to stability of the amount of a liquid agent to be dispensed and improvement of the yield in case of dispensing that cannot be automated easily such as reworking of a PWB and dispensing of adhesive.
Features
- Equipped with a Twin-air dispenser to allow a small amount of substance to be dispensed manually also.

- Equipped with an autofocus microscope for observation in high -resolution: 1280×800 (60 fps).
- Stable discharge of even a high-viscosity liquid agent: most appropriate for dispensing of adhesive whose discharging amount with the air pulse method cannot become stable.
