Dispensing tests are run at two places: Tokyo and Matsumoto.
We opened Shinagawa Showroom in 2023, and then started running dispensing tests in Tokyo.
You can go to Shinagawa Showroom on foot from Ohmori-Kaigan Station of Keihin Electric Express Railway for two minutes, and you can go there from Shinagawa Station or Haneda Airport easily also.
- Various types of dispensers such as a Twin-air dispenser and a Piezojet dispenser are prepared there so that you can select the model most appropriate for your use.
- A testing machine is equipped with an image processing system, so that you can verify a process equivalent with the actual one such as recognition and/or alignment of a work.
- Our experienced engineers propose the best dispensing method according to a liquid agent you use and/or your application.
- Devices required for prototype fabrication and experiment such as a drying furnace, a UV-light irradiator and a micro-scale device are prepared here so that you can perform a series of operations up to evaluation of a sample.
- You can run a test even in clean room environments also at the Technical Center (Matsumoto City).
