This ED20 desktop type high-precision dispensing machine is a compact desktop type model (W 500×D 800 mm) best suited to research and development or prototype fabrication. Use of a X-Y stage secures the high-precision repetitive positioning of the XY-axes: ±3μm or less, and this is the highest precision in the industry as a desktop type robot.

All types of dispensers such as a piezojet dispenser and a screw dispenser in addition to a Twin-air dispenser (Full function type and Basic function type) can be mounted on this machine, so that you can use it for prototype fabrication widely.

A top view camera, a laser displacement gauge and a vacuum absorption stage are mounted on this machine, and it is as standard functions equipped with the automatic alignment function and the work measurement function both of which are necessary for high-precision dispensing.
