Inline type dual dispensing machine
This EI-3325 inline type high-precision dispensing machine is a model for supporting mass production of a production line and is equipped with a dual-stage and two dispenser heads as standard devices. Because it dispenses to two medium-sized boards at the same time, the throughput can be doubled.
This machine is equipped with a Twin-air dispenser as a standard device, so it can perform fine-dispensing of an agent such as solder paste. In addition, an X-JET piezojet dispenser can be mounted on the machine. When two different dispenser heads are mounted on the machine, different type liquid agents can be dispensed with the dual-stage at the same time, so the productivity is drastically improved.
This machine is designed to be connected to a conveyor, and a loader and/or an unloader can be connected to it as an optional device also.
