The A430 and A630 desktop type high-speed dispensing machines are high-function all-in-one dispensing machines; a piezojet dispenser is mounted on a desktop type robot and a top view camera and laser displacement gauge are mounted on the machine as standard devices.
These machines are equipped with a piezojet dispenser as a standard device, and a combination with the desktop type robot driven with a ball screw enables ultrahigh-speed and high-precision dispensing.

Two product lineups are provided according to the work size: A430 supports a work whose size is 300× 300 mm while A630 supports a work whose size is up to 500 ×500 mm.

Functions of the image processing software

• Robot speed and piezo frequency synchronizing function
  The software detects the robot move speed, and then automatically adjusts the piezo frequency, so that the machine can always draw a dispensing line having a uniform width.
  This solves problems such as liquid ball at a start point/end point of a line and ununiform line width caused because the machine deaccelerates at a corner.
• AOI inspection function
  This function scans an image obtained after dispensing with a high-speed camera, calculates the width, diameter and area of a dispensed line to judge the result, OK or NG.
  This function automatically detects a dispensing failure or a void, so that it contributes to reduction of a defective rate.
• FOF (Nonstop ultrahigh-speed alignment)
  This function performs image recognition and arithmetic processing at the same time, so that it can recognize the position of a work without stopping.
  This realizes high-alignment at up to 120 works/second to shorten the tact time greatly.
• 3D dispensing function
  The laser displacement gauge measures the height of a work to automatically control the Z-axis while following change in the work height.
• DXF file import
  Because a dispensing program is automatically generated when you just import DXF data, the time and effort required for creating a program are reduced remarkably.
